Your data
Privacy policy
What we collect when you ask for a quote, what we do with it, and your rights.
Who we are
Auto Smart Repairs, 70 Cherry Orchard Industrial Estate, Dublin 10, D10 V524. For anything to do with your data, email ian@autosmartrepairs.ie or call 087 220 4908.
What we collect
When you send a quote form we receive what you type into it: your name, phone number, email address, car registration, the details of the repair, your message and any photos you attach. If you call, email or WhatsApp us, we receive whatever you choose to send.
Why we use it
Only to answer your enquiry, prepare an estimate and, if you go ahead, carry out the repair and deal with your insurer on your behalf. We don't use it for marketing and we don't sell it.
We use your details to respond to your request and carry out the repair, and to keep records the law requires.
Who sees it
Our own staff. If your repair is an insurance claim, we share the details needed for the claim with the insurer and their assessor.
